Features

From the last set to the next session.

Log what happened, keep the effort in context, and carry a clear target into your next workout. Six connected tools for planning, training, and reviewing the work.

The training toolkit.

  1. Progressive overload

See whether to add reps, add load, hold, or recover. Targets account for your rep range, effort, exercise type, and previous performance.

  2. Workout logging

Log offline with 436 built-in exercises, targets, history, and rest timers. Handle warmups, backoffs, advanced set types, swaps, and interrupted workouts.

  3. RIR & effort tracking

Record reps in reserve on supported rep-based sets. Compare the work you completed with the effort it took to complete it.

  4. Program builder

Start with 29 built-in templates or build a multi-day plan with rep ranges, effort targets, rest times, supersets, and progression settings.

  5. PRs & strength trends

Follow estimated 1RM and single-rep records from eligible loaded sets. Review the source performance and the trend, rather than chasing a new record every session.

  6. Recovery-aware reports

Review muscle volume, lift trends, recovery signals, and consistency. Track body weight, measurements, and progress photos alongside your training.

Four tabs, one training record.

Workout is where you start or continue a session. Programs holds your training plan. Reports puts saved workouts and body progress in context. Settings holds preferences and data backup tools.

Core workout logging works locally without a network connection. That does not make the app entirely disconnected: updates, configured diagnostics, and external links can use the internet. Read the privacy notice for the distinction.
