Muscle readiness
Review the work behind the trend.
Volume per muscle group, lift trends, PR context, recovery drivers, program execution, body weight, measurements, and progress photos give you different views of the same training history.
Reports are generated from saved session and set facts, with drilldowns to explain top-level totals. Review the underlying work before deciding what to change next.
What you can review.
- Volume per muscle group, week over week
- Estimated 1RM and PR history per lift
- Recovery drivers and deload readiness signals
- Session frequency, program execution, and consistency
- Body weight, measurements, and progress photos
- Drilldowns that explain top-level totals
Read the signal with its limits.
Recovery is an estimate. Training-based recovery and deload signals are not measurements of tissue repair, medical clearance, or a reason to ignore pain. Consider sleep, illness, soreness, and how you feel in warmups before acting.
Totals depend on your log. Missing sessions, incorrect set types, or changed exercise choices affect the comparison. Drill into the saved work before treating a week-to-week change as a trend.
Body tracking benefits from consistency. Use similar conditions for weigh-ins, measurements, and photos. Progress photos are stored in app storage; JSON backups contain photo references, not the image files. Preserve images separately.
